Shot on location in Warburton on a stunning autumn day, this sequence is all about the hamstrings, with balancing poses woven throughout to keep you honest. Justin leads, with Will demonstrating options alongside, so you can choose your level as you go. Fair warning: we had an uninvited third participant for most of this one. A horsefly with absolutely no respect for yoga etiquette made its presence known throughout, including mid-warrior 3 and during savasana. It got Justin on the foot and left a welt. It did not care. We finished the sequence anyway.
