To make the the drink in the video you will need: -------------------------------------- 1/2oz fresh-squeezed lime juice 1 dash Angostura Bitters 1oz Cherry Heering 2oz Old Tom Gin Ginger Beer Benedictine -------------------------------------- Squeeze lime juice into tall footed highball glass filled with ice cubes; save the shell. Add bitters, Cherry Heering, and gin. Fill glass with ginger beer. Stir. Add float of Benedictine. Decorate with spent lime shell, fresh mint, and a stirrer.
