Home Basement Bar [Trader Vic's Rum Keg]

My friends Justin and Mo Bird have an absolutely incredible home tiki bar in their basement. I was out in Nashville for some photography business and while there, we decided to shoot an episode! This is a big tangy cocktail. To make the the drink in the video: -------------------------------------- 4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice 2 oz fresh pineapple juice 1 oz apricot liqueur 1 oz rock candy syrup 1 oz passion fruit syrup 5 oz light Puerto Rican rum 1 oz dark Jamaican rum 8 oz crushed ice -------------------------------------- Blend on high for 20 seconds. Pour unstrained into a ceramic rum keg. Add ice cubes. Serves 4.
