30 Minute Lower Body Workout!

Hey digital Fam! Thanks for joining me for another workout! A quick and dirty burn! Equipment Needed: A pair of dumbbells and a long band if you have one. Here’s the workout: Complete 3 Rounds of each set of workouts: 30s exercise 1 / 30s exercise 2 followed by a 30 second rest. 1min rest between each exercise. 1. Squat to Squat Jump 2. SL RDL to Calf Raise 3. SL RDL to Calf Raise 4. Sumo Squats to Sumo Squat Pulse 5. Alt. Hamstring Curls to Both *If you don’t have a band, put on a pair of socks, lay on your back on a smooth surface, hike your hips in the air and complete the moves that way. 6.
