8ヶ月後の大会復帰を目指す!肩を治すリハビリ&5種目の背中のトレーニング【手術後8週間】

My goal this year is to fully heal my operated left shoulder and return to the tournament in 8 months. To achieve this, I filmed my daily rehabilitation and back training. 8 weeks have passed since my torn rotator cuff surgery, and I feel like my left shoulder is feeling much better, but the expected recovery period is still a long way off, so I'm going to take my time and heal it!
