Smoked Buffalo Chicken Dip: 4 c. shredded cooked chicken 16 oz. cream cheese, cubed 16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 2 c. Ranch salad dressing 1/4 c. Franks Hot Sauce In a three quart slow cooker, combine chicken, cream cheese, Ranch, and hot sauce. Cover and cook until melted (about 2 hours on low.) Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve with tortilla chips. If you want to smoke it like we did, just put it on the smoker at 200° for about 2 hours. Keep uncovered so it absorb the smoke flavor. Pizza Dip: 16 oz. cream cheese 1 c. sour cream 2 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 c. pizza sauce 1 lb. sausage grated mozzarella cheese Mix cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, and garlic salt. Spread in a 9x13 pan. Spread pizza sauce and sprinkle with meat. Then top with cheese. Bake covered at 350° for 15-20 minutes. Serve with chips or toasted baguette slices.
