Turn off burner and add leaves 8 cups of PACKED meadow tea leaves (stalks included) Let them hang out for 15 minutes on the stove top. Strain through a cheese cloth. Add 4 cups sugar to hot mixture. This is your concentrate. Pour into freezer containers and freeze for later or use right away. When ready to serve, mix concentrate with equal parts water. (3 cups concentrate to 3 cups ice water etc.) Zucchini Bread: 3 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 tsp. salt 3 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. oil 2 c. grated zucchini 3 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda ¼ tsp. baking powder Put eggs, oil and uncooked grated zucchini in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into bowl and mix with remaining ingredients. Divide between two loaf pans that are oiled and dusted with flour. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. We like to eat this warmed up and spread with butter.
