Thank you so much for watching! This is a movie which shows how to make delicious plain and cranberry scones. Some years ago I worked in 5 stars Hotel in Germany and I used to make scones at that time. It's a simple recipe but it tastes so gooood! I recommend also eating with clotted cream, if you could buy. I hope you will enjoy the video and try it! :) 【Ingredients 8 pieces】 45g unsalted butter 210g cake flour 2TL(7g) baking powder 15g sugar 2 pinches of salt 1/2x egg 45ml milk 45g yogurt 20g dried cranberries Bake at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes strawberry jam clotted creme ※I used mascarpone instead of clotted cream.
