In this video we will be going through the ultimate fitness test! We will be training to see if we can pass Whis fitness test based on Dragon Ball Super. In this DBS anime workout we will be going through a variety of different bodyweight exercises to see if we can TRULY become a student of the all powerful Whis. All of these exercises will be based on what I think Whis would test his potential students on. We will be testing for strength, explosiveness, endurance, speed and balance. In order to pass this fitness test, you will need to get at least an eight out of ten! You will also build muscle, strength, balance and explosiveness in the process.
