Dragon Ball Z | Training Like Super Saiyan Vegeta
In this video we will be going through another Dragon Ball Z workout. We will be training like Prince Vegeta once again. This time, it's time to elevate our training and train like Super Saiyan Vegeta. In this Super Saiyan workout routine, we will be going through a variety of different SSJ Vegeta based exercises. All of these exercises will be based on what I think Vegeta workout do to improve his strength, power, speed and maintain his physique. This video will also be based on Vegeta's SSJ form. So these exercise's will be a bit harder than the Vegeta base form workout. Vegeta is one of the main protagonist in the Dragon Ball Z/Super anime. He is the prince of all saiyans. In actuality, he would be considered the King. Nonetheless, Vegeta is a incredible fighter with tremendous power, strength, speed, will and pride. Vegeta enjoys the trill of fighting and loves seeking new levels. Vegeta trains extremely hard and will not quit until he surpasses Kakarot (Goku). Along with great power and strength however, Vegeta also has an incredible physique to match his power. So for todays anime workout we will be training like a Super Saiyan to build strength, muscle, improve our power and endurance like Vegeta. We have a total of 13 different bodyweight exercises to get through with each exercise being 45 seconds on and 15 seconds of rest time.
