Shiho-Giri (四方切り) : corte nas 4 direções
Shiho-giri, cutting in four directions, is a traditional exercise we do in Aikido, using the bokken, the wooden sword. In addition to being practice with weapons, it helps a lot with body movement, especially in improving Shiho-nage.
