We did the worlds most deadly hike a 2,000ft plank walk bolted into the side of China's Mount Hua. Mount Hua (Huashan) in China is home to one of the most exhilarating experiences we've ever done, the infamous plank walk, bolted into a sheer cliff face at over 2,000 metres. No safety brief. No turning back. Just a harness, a chain, and a very long drop. In this video we take you through the full day going from Xi'an train station at 7am, through the chaos of the buses, up one of the steepest cable cars in the world, a 20-minute summit of South Peak at 2,154m, the plank walk itself, and then just when we thought we were done having to walk 3.5km down steps. Is it actually dangerous? Honestly, probably not if you're sensible. Is it terrifying?
