It's been warm for a while, so the snow has melted and become watery. The conditions are a bit unfortunate for sledding. Semla, known among Nordic lovers, has become a snack to eat on sledding days in Finland, and is called Laski ice pulla. Looking at the recipe that came with the monthly magazine at the supermarket, I found a recipe for Laski ice pulla made in a croissant mold👀 This is so cute💖 So I decided to try making a different kind of Laski ice pulla. The dough for pulla is the same as the sweet bread that has appeared in several other videos. It has a very simple taste because there is no filling inside. Normally, you would put raspberry jam or almond paste between the pieces, but we're currently in the middle of cherry jam season. This time, I tried putting cherry jam in. The refreshing acidity and fresh cream go perfectly together, and it wasn't too sweet and was delicious. 😋 Please try making it with your favorite jam. 💕 In last year's Laski Iceainen video, we also tried sledding and explained in detail about sledding day, so please check it out. Vlog28 Laskiainen video    • 【 北欧暮らし Vlog 】 雪景色をドライブ | そり遊びとセムラを食べる日 | ...   🍀How to make pulla dough🍀 Ingredients (for about 60 pieces) Dough ・1400ml flour ・150ml sugar ・150g butter ・2 teaspoons salt ・500ml milk ・1 egg ・50g fresh yeast If you freeze it before the second rise, you can always enjoy the freshly baked taste. (The second rise will occur naturally after thawing) How to make 1. Dissolve the yeast in milk that has been warmed to about 35 degrees Celsius 2. Once the yeast has dissolved, add the egg, sugar, salt, cardamom, and a little flour and mix. 3. Add the flour little by little and mix. 4. When the flour has come together to a certain extent and can be separated from the bowl, add the melted butter. (If the flour doesn't come together, try adding a little more flour) 5. Cover the top of the bowl and let it rise until it doubles in size (I did it in a hot water bath) 6. Shape into your desired shape and let it rise for 40 minutes to 1 hour 7. Brush the surface with egg wash 8.
