【 北欧暮らし 】 雪嵐の日のおうちごもり | フィンランド冬のお菓子、ルーネベルグタルト作り
Hello everyone😊 🌼Feeling Nordic at home today🌼 "Warm Finnish Winter FIKA Set" now on sale Take a break at Nordic Time Shop https://hokuotime.stores.jp/ Last weekend was forecast to be a storm named "Valtteri". It's extremely rare for the Japan Meteorological Agency to give a name to a storm in advance, so I went to the supermarket to prepare for staying at home. I should mention in advance that contrary to the forecast, Valtteri passed by without a hitch😊 Thank you to everyone who was worried about me💕 I couldn't leave the house, so I opened a bar at home that day. White wine that I bought for Christmas but didn't drink, Duck pate that was half price during the Christmas sale, Rose jam that I bought when I went to Helsinki at the end of the year It's hard to have a leisurely drink on weekdays, so it's finally time for these guys who have been sleeping in the fridge! Having lots of snacks makes me feel excited🎵 Even if I get full and drunk, if I'm at home bar, it's only 3 steps to the sofa😆 It was a very fun night on a snowy Saturday. 🌼Runeberg Tart🌼 A seasonal Finnish dessert for February that appeared in last week's video. I had a comment saying that I was interested in how to make it, so I searched for various recipes to see if I could make it too👀 There were so many that I couldn't decide, but I went with the one that was recommended in a review if you're making Runeberg tart for the first time. I've always thought that the taste is different every time I buy it in the store, and now I understand why. I always wondered what was in it while eating it, but some cookies and recipes contain Finnish powdered breadcrumbs. This time I tried using ginger cookies 😋 The original recipe was made by mixing ingredients that my wife had in her house, so it would be fun to try different flavors to suit your taste, such as adding milk instead of cream or changing the type of cookie. It's super easy, so please give this Finnish winter sweet a try! Runeberg Tart (about 6 pieces) (Dough) 40g almond flour 55g ginger or oatmeal cookies 100g butter, room temperature 80ml sugar 1 egg, room temperature A little more than half a teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon cardamom 100ml flour 70ml low-fat cream or milk (Finishing syrup) 100ml water 25ml sugar 2-3 spoons of rum or apple juice (Icing) 50ml powdered sugar About 2 teaspoons of lemon juice or water Raspberry or strawberry jam How to make 1. Mix room temperature butter and sugar until whitish 2. Add eggs little by little and mix 3. Mix flour, baking powder, and cardamom first 4. Add the flour from step 3 and mix 5. Add the crushed cookies and almond powder at the end and mix quickly with a rubber spatula. 6. Put the batter into a muffin mold or similar and bake in a 200° oven for about 13-15 minutes (20 minutes for deep molds). 7. Meanwhile, dissolve the sugar in boiling water and add the rum or juice at the end. 8. While the baked dough is still hot, let the syrup soak in. 9. When the dough has cooled, put jam on the surface, add icing around the edges and it's done. 🌼Kal & Seeri Line Official Account🌼 On the Line official account, you can find behind-the-scenes stories of the video, channel announcements, information on Nordic Time, and more.
