Japanese Demi-glace Sauce デミグラスソース [保存版] 日本語での材料詳細は最後の方にあります。画面をスクロールしてご覧ください。 Ingredients [ ] 3 large onions -2pounds (907 g) of onions (Freezing sliced onion in advance is highly recommended) [ ] 1 1/2 Tablespoons of beef bouillon (I used Better Than Bouillon) [ ] 1 US cups (237 ml) of water [ ] 3 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce [ ] 3 Tablespoons of ketchup [ ] 1/4 US cup (60 cc) of red wine [ ] 1 Tablespoon of soy sauce (optional) [ ] 3 Tablespoons of flour [ ] 1 Tablespoon of unsalted butter [ ] 1 Tablespoon of olive oil [ ] 1 1/2 Tablespoons of sugar(if brown sugar is available, it is preferable) [ ] 1 teaspoon of garlic powder [ ] Salt and black pepper to taste Since I moved to a smaller city in the USA, I have been having trouble finding Japanese groceries. Since then, I have been creating my original recipes without convenient Japanese sauce mixes.
