She's lazy, listless, makes a fuss about doing her homework, and has an ambivalent relationship with her mother. She constantly seeks her out, but almost always challenges her rules and directives. Mattia is very absent-minded, lives in a world of his own, is addicted to cartoons, and wakes up at dawn to watch them. Over 10 kilos overweight, he has no sense of satiety and eats until he feels sick. He's the "victim" of his sisters, especially Marta. Marta is definitely the most rebellious of them all. Overbearing, physically and verbally aggressive, she rules the house, constantly yelling and exhausting everyone. Little Anna doesn't seem to be any less so.
