*BULLET HOLE IN THE FIRE STATION!!* [Compton] Fire Department Engine 42 & Squad 442 Responding!

Captured here are Compton Fire Department Engine Co. 42 and Squad 442, responding out of Fire Station 2 on the east side of the city. Compton is no longer as dangerous as it used to be in the 1980s and 90s, but gun violence and shootings are still common here. Unfortunately, even the bay door of Station 2 caught a bullet in a shooting, but luckily none of the firefighters were hit! A big thank you to these brave men for welcoming me!
