25 Minute Shoulder Workout At Home | Strength | Dumbbells and Mini Band

Grab dumbbells, a light mini band, and a mat for this quick shoulder workout that'll have those delts burning in no time! If you don't have a light mini band, use a light pair of DBs instead! For resistance reference, I have a pair of 8lb and 20lb DBs, but you and I are different, so I want you to find a weight selections that feels challenging for you while maintaining good form. We have supersets are tri-sets today. All sets will be performed twice. The first round will be 60 seconds each and the second round will be 30 seconds each. In between rounds/sets there will be a short 15 second recovery. This one is high volume with little recovery time, so if needed you can always drop the weight selection mid set if needed and/or rest/pause. This one builds and burns.
