25-Min Pilates | Abs & Glutes Sculpt (Int//Adv)

This is a 25-minute abs and lower body workout focused on building strength and creating that tight, sculpted feel. We’ll be using one weight- I’m using 15 lbs, but anywhere from 5-15 works, or you can go bodyweight . The movements are functional and intentional, targeting your glutes, thighs, hamstrings, and deep core- especially the obliques.
