Baumstamm-Torte / ohne Gelatine

A particularly fitting cake for the New Year is the tree trunk cake with its striking tree rings. A little challenging, but if you follow a few simple steps, this beautiful buttercream cake will turn out great. Recipe (20cm baking ring / 10cm high) Batter 4 eggs 1 pinch of salt 200g sugar 120ml lukewarm water 200ml oil 350g flour 1 packet baking powder 6g cocoa powder Buttercream 500ml milk 1 packet chocolate pudding powder 3 tbsp sugar 50g milk chocolate and 50g dark chocolate 100g margarine 150g butter Baking time: 160°C fan oven, approx. 65 minutes
