• Ingredients: Sweet potato egg tarts Steamed sweet potato 400 grams, 0:30, Oatmeal 200 grams(puffed, preferably with original light flavor, and put less of it if the sweet potato is dry) 1:00, Egg tart liquid: 2 eggs(1:52), 100 grams of milk(2:00), 50 grams of whipping cream(2:03), 30 grams of white sugar(2:07), 10 grams of corn starch(2:09), mix well. • Baking temperature: Preheat the oven to 230 degrees for the top heat and 230 degrees for the bottom heat. First bake the sweet potato crust for 5 minutes to set the shape, and then put in the egg tart liquid and bake for another 25 minutes. We can also bake them in an air fryer at a slightly higher temperature, just until they get brown on the outside. • The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees.
