If you want to make the original cube, you can make it into a square frame. ✔재료 Ingredients 미니원형 3개 10cm Cakes X3 Or 2호사이즈 사각틀 16.5cmX16.5cm square ✔버터스펀지(Butter sponge cake) 버터 150g Butter 계란 140~145g Eggs 박력분or중력분 160g All purposed flour 베이킹파우더 6g Baking powder 설탕 130g Sugar 소금 1g Salt 우유 70g+식초5g Or 버터밀크 70g Butter milk ✔초코소스(Chocolate sauce) 슈가파우더 90g Powdered sugar 코코아파우더(무가당) 30g Cocoa powder 뜨거운물 120g Hot water (넉넉한 양입니다. 이렇게 넉넉하게 만들어야 소스 바르실때 편해요~!) 코코넛가루 약 70g Shreded coconut 베리잼 혹은 가나슈 중 원하는걸로 샌드(이 과정 생략하고 바로 초코소스 묻히셔도맛있어요) Berry Jam or Ganache 저는 175도로 27분정도 구웠습니다. 사용하시는 틀과 오븐에따라 시간과 온도는 달라질 수 있습니다. I baked it at 175℃ (347℉) for about 27 minutes. Time and temperature may vary depending on the mold and oven you use.
