Stainless Steel GM Brake Caliper Pistons
One of our viewers contacted me and asked if I'd be interested in machining some GM brake caliper pistons that are no longer available for their 79 Pontiac Trans Am. He requested they be machined from 316 stainless steel so that they don't corrode like the original units. I was able to take on this job as another great CAD & CAM training and learning experience utilizing Fusion 360 to model the parts and send the post to my Milltronics CNC mill and lathe to handle the machine work. I believe they turned out great! Hopefully these will last the new owners for many decades of use. #abom79 #cncmachining #brake #milltronics #machineshop Paypal Channel Donation: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr...
