Cylinder head crack repair - Yamaha XT 350 - year 1989

In this video, I perform a complete overhaul of a cracked cylinder head from an enduro motorcycle. The process required precision machining and specialized welding.The step-by-step process:Disassembly & Cleaning: Completely stripped down the head and deep cleaned all components.Surface Preparation: Sanding and grinding to prepare the area for repair.Removing Valve Seats: Removed the old valve seats to gain access to the cracks and prepare for welding.Welding: Professionally welded the cracks to restore the structural integrity of the head.Regrinding & Resurfacing: Precision grinding of the welded areas to return them to their original shape.Valve Seat Milling: Re-machining (milling) the valve seats for a perfect seal.Final Assembly: Reassembling all parts and completing the cylinder head overhaul.
