30 Minute Hip Opening Yoga Flow for Mobility and Strength

Hello beautiful soul and welcome to this 30-minute yoga practice for hip opening and mobility. This class is designed to not only improve our hip flexibility but to also strengthen our muscles to support our mobility. When we are sitting a lot or are dealing with a lot of stress (or both) our psoas muscle (hip flexor) can get very tight. Practicing some hip opening stretches, working on our strength and including some gentle side bends and twist can help us to release unwanted tension and feel better in our body. This flow is an all levels class, but feel free to modify, pause or skip whenever you feel the need to. When flowing with me always make sure to listen to your own body and only go as deep and far as feels comfortable. All bodies are unique and not every pose looks the same and more importantly feels the same for all of us. This practice is designed to work with your body and not against it. If something does not align today do not push but listen. Be soft, be sweet, be gentle. With each breath, lets move closer to a space in us that holds gratitude, warmth and love for us and others.
