15-Minute Soft and Sweet Yoga Flow | All Level Flow Hello beautiful soul and welcome to this fifteen minute yoga practice for the whole body. This gentle and fluid flow is perfect to find softness in your body and reconnect. Whether you are doing this practice in the morning, after a long day at work or in between, it is a perfect quick break for your body and mind. When flowing with me always make sure to listen to your own body and only go as deep and far as feels comfortable. All bodies are unique and not every pose looks the same and more importantly feels the same for all of us. This practice is designed to work with your body and not against it. If something does not align today do not push but listen. Be soft, be sweet, be gentle. I love to see you on the mat!
