Click here for the recruitment form↓ https://www.sanpi-ryoron.com/recruit/ ■Stewed hamburger steak (serves 3-4) [Ingredients] 300g ground beef and pork, 1/2 onion, 1 potato, 1 pack of shimeji mushrooms, 1/2 bunch of broccoli, 1 tomato, pizza cheese (as needed), 1 tablespoon salad oil A ※Hamburger steak filling (1/2 teaspoon salt, a little pepper, 1 egg, 30g breadcrumbs, 50cc milk) B ※Japanese-style demi-glace sauce (1 tablespoon miso, 200cc water, 100cc sake, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup) [How to make] ① Finely chop the onion. Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Loosen the shimeji mushrooms with your hands. Divide the broccoli into small florets. Remove the stems from the tomatoes and cut them into wedges. ② Put the minced meat and ingredients A in a bowl and knead thoroughly. When it becomes slightly sticky, add the onion and mix quickly. ※If you have time, leave in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. ③ Add salad oil (1 tablespoon) to a frying pan. Divide ② into 4 equal parts, remove the air, roll them into balls and arrange them. Cook over medium heat until browned on both sides Put them on a tray or something similar. ※Rotate while shaking. ④ In the same frying pan, but without adding any oil, lightly fry the shimeji mushrooms and potatoes. Add the mixed ingredients B and bring to a boil. Put the hamburger back in, cover, and simmer on medium to low heat for about 10 minutes. ⑤ Add the tomatoes and broccoli. Cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Put cheese on top, cover and simmer for about 1 minute Put into serving dish.
