PHILIPPINES HIGHEST MOUNTAIN - Climbing Mount Apo in One Day!

Mount Apo is the Philippines highest mountain, and we climbed it in one day! After eating a healthy meal in Davao City and organizing our gear, we made our way to Kapatagan, and met up with our guide Arnie. After a short sleep and lots of food... we started the Kapatagan Trail at 1am in the morning. This is actually the shortest route up Mount Apo and the best way to climb the mountain for a day trek. From the forest at night, to the boulders at sunrise, and then the many different peaks... we had an absolutely amazing day climbing! I can't believe how amazing Sara the dog is... our guide Kuya Arnie climbs with her often. This was her ninth summit! Climbing Mount Apo in a day with perfect conditions!
