Volvo is Sweden's most iconic car brand. But is it really Swedish these days, or has it become fully Chinese? I decided to visit World of Volvo to explore the history of Sweden's most famous car. And you can also have a look at tons of different car models - from the very first Volvo ÖV4, to the latest Volvo EX90. And of course everything in between - Volvo 240, Volvo 740, Volvo V40, Volvo XC60 and XC90...and many many more. In this video I talk about the history of Volvo, from its first produced car in 1927 up until its eventual sale to Ford...and to Geely Holdings. That sale stirred up a bit of controversy in Sweden, but many still remain loyal to this Swedish car brand. And I also discuss that last bit, whether or not you can really call it Swedish any longer. This is a trip down memory lane when it comes to Volvo cars. Aside from the models I mentioned I also show of the Volvo P444, the Volvo Amazon, trucks, police cars, racing cars, and so much more. Volvo has definitely put its mark on Swedish history!
