Solomillo de cerdo al Whisky
INGREDIENTS 2 pork tenderloins (500 g each) 150 ml of whiskey 🥃 4 cloves of garlic 🧄 200 ml of beef broth 20 gr of butter 🧈 Juice of half a lemon 🍋 1 teaspoon of cornstarch Olive oil Parsley 🌿 Ground black pepper Half a teaspoon of cumin Salt 🧂 PREPARATION ✅ We start by cutting the tenderloin into medallions and adding salt to then put them in our pan, once they are on the heat we will add the pepper. ✅ We take out the tenderloin and in the same pan we add the garlic and brown it. Then we add the whiskey and leave it a little so that the alcohol evaporates. ✅ Next, add the beef broth, cumin, lemon juice, butter and cornstarch diluted with water. Let it cook for 5 minutes. ✅ Put the sirloin in our pot and leave it on the heat for 5 more minutes.
