Psicanalista Explica o Ciclo do Cortisol Que Você Precisa Quebrar
→ Heal Your Traumas and Still Have a Profitable Profession: https://andreavermont.com.br/descricao __________________ In this episode, Andréa Vermont and Miriam Garcia, psychologist, philosopher, and psychoanalyst, address the question that bothers many people: why does a person, even in the best place in the world, with the people they love, still cause trouble, fight for no reason, and feel a tightness in their chest in the middle of the night? The answer lies in understanding what Miriam calls the inner child, not as a self-help discourse, but as a real psychoanalytic concept: inside every adult there is an eight-year-old girl, a five-year-old boy, a three-year-old child, and it is this child who often takes the wheel when adult life demands a decision. This so-called self-sabotage is, in fact, a clumsy attempt at protection. Along the way, the metaphor of tree rings explains how each age is imprinted within us; the classic case of Freud's Little Hans (the boy who became afraid of horses but was actually afraid of his father); and the difference that many people confuse: trauma is not the same thing as frustration. Frustration educates. Trauma never educates. And what separates one from the other are three elements that every father and mother needs to know. A conversation for those who are tired of hearing that it's enough to think positively and want to understand what's really going on inside. __________________ ⚠️ Cuts and Reactions: Released only 48 hours after the video's release. __________________ HOST: Andrea Vermont Instagram: @andreavermont Follow me on my YouTube channel: / @andrea.vermont
