Only go to 80% of your capacity in each pose. Never force or strain yourself into any pose. 2️⃣ Hold for time. Yin yoga poses are held for at least 2 minutes. Always listen to your body and come out of a pose sooner if needed. My hold times are simply suggestions. 3️⃣ Stillness. Try to remain still in both your body and mind.
