I discussed this topic with Alfredo Ortega. Alfredo is a lawyer with over 15 years of experience in litigation before various international protection mechanisms. He was a litigator for CEJIL and has worked for the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. He holds a Master of Laws in International Human Rights Law from the University of Notre Dame and another Master of Laws in Public Policy from the University of Oxford.
