"how to make bake potato balls" "how to Cook potato balls" and "bake potato balls recipe". ingredients: 10 pcs medium size of potato 1 small chicken breast 2 Tbsp chopped dill 50 grams of unsalted butter Tbsp of Dried Oregano 1 Medium size of onion 1/2 Tsp brown sugar Black pepper and salt 2 Tbsp chopped coriander a pinch of red chili powder 1/2 tsp of Cummin powder cooking oil procedure: 1) Boil the potato with the skin when it's done peel and mash put in a bowl and add on it the chopped dill, black pepper, salt and unsalted butter mix well to make sure that the all ingredients are mixed well cover and set aside. 2) Boil the chicken breast when you boil put 1 onion into boiling water and cook until cooked well. when it done chopped into small size . 3) In a pan put small amount of Cooking oil, saute onion until it turn to light golden then add the chicken mix until you'll see the onion and chicken are mixed.put the chopped coriander seasoned with chili powder, Black pepper, brown sugar,a pinch of oregano, salt, powder Cummin, turmeric powder mix well.keep for about 3 mins so that the taste of chicken will be good. 4) Get a small amount of mashed potato make it like a ball and fill in the chicken close and shape it into balls.repeat the process untill all are done.arrange in pyrex 5) In a bowl pour the tomato sauce. I’m using the brand is "PUCK tomato sauce with cream"seasoned with oregano and Black pepper.mix well and pour on the potato balls. 6) Preheat the oven 250°C untill it turn to Golden brown. optional: you can add mozzarella cheese on top before you put in oven when it's turn to golden ready to serve.
