I want to deliver delicious Japanese-food recipes to the world [Ingredients] (Shelf life: Approximately 3 days refrigerated) ● Cucumbers: 3 ● Carrots: 1 ● Ham: 8 slices ● Salt: 1 teaspoon (for salting) ● Salt: 1/2 teaspoon, Sake: 1 tablespoon, Vinegar: 1 tablespoon (for parboiling the bean sprouts) ● Bean sprouts: 2 bags (400g) ● Vermicelli: 2 bags (100g) ● Sake: 2 tablespoons ● Mirin: 2 tablespoons ● Grated ginger: 2 teaspoons ● Grated garlic: 1/2 teaspoon ● Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons (1 tablespoon for drizzling at the end) ● Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons ~3 ● Fish sauce: 1 tablespoon (If you don't like fish sauce, add another tablespoon of soy sauce♪) ● Somi shantan: 1 teaspoon (You can also use Wei Pa or chicken stock) ● Sugar: 1 tablespoon ● Ground sesame seeds: 2 tablespoons ● Roasted sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon ● Easy vinegar: 6 tablespoons ● Black pepper: To taste ● Japanese mustard, black vinegar, lemon juice, if desired ※If you don't have easy vinegar, add regular vinegar when boiling, add a little more sugar, and substitute salt for salted kelp for the salt rub. However, regular vinegar alone is delicious enough, so don't worry too much about it.
