Episode 28 Namaste, We are Shirish and Pooja and Welcome to a New Episode of ‪@RedSoilStories‬ It was a beautiful morning and Pooja went to get some Local yams from our Mama ( uncle ). She dug variety of Local Yam such as "Greater Yam", "White Yam" and Air Potato from uncle's farm. She bring them home after washing them in the river nearby. Me and Mowgli were playing in the courtyard meanwhile Pooja kept the White yams and Air Potato for cooking. We then enjoyed the cooked Yams for breakfast. Mowgli didn't eat the yams but he already had his breakfast. I went to our farm and Pooja cooked three amazing recipes of these yams. She prepare " White yam and Air Potato Stir fry", " Greater yam gravy" and "Fried greater yams". We then enjoyed the lunch together.
