Welcome to Day 15 of the Strong Elegance Challenge! Today's workout is a high-energy, full-body HIIT session designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness, athletic endurance and power while leaving you feeling strong, capable and energised. This isn't just about working up a sweat, it's about building a healthier, more resilient body. Combined with your Strength and Pilates sessions throughout the week, HIIT can help support a healthy body composition, improve heart health, increase stamina and enhance your overall fitness for everyday life.
