KIMCHI PASTE - is made by mixing all the seasoning ingredients such as Gochugaru or Korean Chili flakes, ginger, white onions, glutinous rice, garlic and fish sauce INGREDIENTS 2 cups Gochugaru ( korean chili flakes ) 2 medium onions 2 bulbs garlic 1/2 cup glutinous rice flour 1/2 cup sugar 3 cups of water 2 tbsp ginger 1/2 cup fish sauce ENJOY COOKING!!!
