Reviving an Abandoned Volvo 240 From 1984 – Will it Run? (Part 1)
I work on a 1984 Volvo 240 with a B21A engine that has been sitting unused for several years. The focus is on basic troubleshooting and getting the car running again, including fuel system checks, carburetor inspection and cleaning, and tracking down vacuum leaks that affected throttle response and idle. The car runs better after the work, but further tuning and ignition checks are still needed. This video covers Volvo 240 troubleshooting, carburetor issues, vacuum leaks, poor idle, and classic car repair. Turn on subtitles for more information about the car and the process.
