Wanganui Aero Work Cresco team at Warbirds Over Wanaka 2004

A fixture on New Zealand's airshow scene for several years was the Wanganui Aero Work display team. Flying New Zealand-built Fletcher FU24 and, as here, PAC Cresco agricultural aircraft, WAW pilots would demonstrate these working machines in ways rarely seen outside of their normal environment. Pilots in this display at Warbirds Over Wanaka 2004 were brothers Richmond and John Harding and Richmond’s son Bruce. Please forgive the video quality as I was sixteen at the time, excitedly attending my first Wanaka show, using a second-hand camcorder. Then the footage was dubbed to VHS and then transferred to digital. Thumbnail photo by my father David Yates.
