こんにちは。 いつもご視聴ありがとうございます。 ラムレーズンバターサンドを作りたいー！！といつも思っていましたが、バターの量を考えると怖くて、なかなか気が進みませんでした・・・ でも、私はラムレーズンが大好きなんです。 という事で、重い腰を上げて挑戦してみました。 やっぱりすごい量のバターを使いますが、手作りも美味しい。 一度に食べるとやばいので現在冷凍保存しています。 材料 18cm丸型 【ケーキ】 有塩バター 100g きび砂糖 100g 卵 2個 薄力粉 100g ベーキングパウダー 小さじ1/2 【レーズンバター】 レーズン 80g ラム酒 大さじ2 無塩バター 80g ホワイトチョコレート 80g Hello. So I decided to give it a heavy go. It still uses an awful lot of butter, but it's delicious homemade too. I am currently freezing them as they are too much to eat at once.
