Sign up now and come with me to prove that recipes don't need gluten or dairy to be delicious! 🔥 📝 INGREDIENTS: 120g ripe banana (I used 2 silver bananas) 60g brown sugar 60g white sugar 50g oil 80g rice flour 60g cornstarch 40g potato starch 30g sweet potato starch 20g white bean flour 1 pinch xanthan gum 1 pinch salt 10g baking powder 170ml plant-based milk 60g chocolate chips (optional) INSTRUCTIONS: In a blender, combine the banana, half the milk called for in the recipe, and the oil. Blend until smooth. In a bowl, mix all the flours with the salt and sugar. Pour the blender mixture into the flours and mix well. Gradually add the remaining milk, mixing until well combined. Finally, add the baking powder and chocolate chips, if desired, or you can add a little vanilla extract. Mix well. Pour into a greased 20x20x7 cm pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes.
