Sign up now and come with me to prove that recipes don't need gluten or dairy to be delicious! 🔥 📝 INGREDIENTS: 80g almond flour 30g flaxseed flour 30g coconut flour 20g pumpkin seed flour 5g dry yeast 3g salt 1g xanthan gum 20g olive oil 100ml plant-based milk 2 eggs 🥣 INSTRUCTIONS: Mix the yeast with 10g of almond flour and 30ml of plant-based milk, make a paste and let it ferment for approximately 1 hour. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients, add the eggs, olive oil and half of the milk. Mix well. Add the yeast paste and the remaining milk. Mix until well combined. Grease a small bowl with olive oil and place the dough inside, shaping it into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 1.5 to 2 hours. Remove from the bowl, turning the bread onto a greased baking sheet, and sprinkle with seeds of your choice.
