Let cool completely, add honey or sugar to taste, and blend until smooth. You can also use: nut filling, cinnamon sugar filling, jam or fruit preserves 🔥 Baking the Roll Preheat oven to (170°C). Bake without steam, using conventional bake (top & bottom heat). Place the baking sheet slightly below the center rack to prevent over-browning. Bake for 35–45 minutes, until golden brown. After baking, transfer the roll to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
