#8 Aerosmith Medley-Drum Cover

Recording Episode #8 was bittersweet to say the least. Aerosmith have always been my favourite band and of all the drummers I aspired to play like, Joey Kramer was top of the list. From my obsession with Aerosmith as a kid with posters of Joey and the band on my bedroom walls, to spending every waking hour studying Aerosmith songs and videos. Mr Kramer didn’t know that I was his top student! Aerosmith had a funk and groove about them I’d never heard before and I KNEW that was primarily down to The Kramedog! Aerosmith may have hung it up as far as playing live goes, which is a massive blow to me, in spite of understanding they have no choice, AND having been lucky enough to see them live 3 times, but Aerosmith’s music will always be everything to me.
