EPIC STRENGTH WORKOUT: Full Body Sculpt Challenge!

In today’s workout we will work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds for three rounds of each exercise. In straight set style we will complete all three rounds of each exercise before moving on to the next exercise. After we finish our third round, we will take a 45 second rest before starting the next exercise. Grab your bench and your glute resistance bands. I used my 15-50lb dumbbells for my exercises today.
