Yoga for Beginners| Beginners Series: Ep.3 - Strengthen, Twist, Balance| Yoga with Yana

Hello everyone! We have now reached the 3rd episode of our Yoga for Beginners series! Thank you for everyone who has been following along, I hope you found these classes helpful! This class is designed to help you keep learning the basics and fundamentals of each pose, strengthen the body, work on cultivating better balance and flexibility. In each class I try to incorporate new poses so that you can become familiar with different poses and variations and all in all become more comfortable with your yoga practice! I would like to remind you to please breathe throughout the entire practice as this will make it much easier for you to get into each pose and help you further experience the full benefits of yoga. If at any time throughout this class, you feel fatigued and need to take a rest, I suggest that you bring yourself to a child's pose, starting on all fours, bringing the big toes to touch, heels slightly apart and lowering your hips towards the heels, knees opening up mat distance apart. From there, bring your arms forward and begin to lower the chest down towards the ground. If you need extra support, feel free to place a pillow or yoga bolster underneath your chest and take some time to rest and recover. Whenever you are feeling ready to get back to your practice, gently come out of the pose and join back in! It's an absolute pleasure to guide you through these classes! I hope you find this class useful, helpful and enjoyable! From my heart to yours, Namaste!
