Heat the sesame oil in a wok. Sauté the garlic, onion and ginger. Add the soy sauce. Add the cauliflower, broccoli and carrot. Cook for 3 minutes, then add the chard and sake. Cook for another 3 minutes with the pan covered. Dissolve the arrowroot in the water and add to the vegetables. Mix well until the broth thickens and changes from white to clear.
