Gil Menslin shares her experience as an online teacher and trainer in early childhood education. She emphasizes that true innovation is not on screens, but in human connection, dialogue, and actively listening to children. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia pedagogy, she emphasizes the importance of valuing children's experiences and theories. Building a society with innovative and resourceful people, with good critical analysis, begins with a childhood that promotes belonging and participation. She has been an Early Childhood Education teacher for over 20 years and is currently working with 3-year-olds. She is a teacher trainer, speaker, photographer, and creator of educational content for social media. She has over 63,000 followers on Instagram and almost 20,000 subscribers on YouTube. She has taught over 2,000 students online and in person in courses she has created and in partnership with.
