For years, Paulo has dedicated himself to training teachers in the field of Early Childhood Education. He has worked on various projects with the Ministry of Education, including consulting on the development of the National Common Curriculum Base for Early Childhood Education, and is the founder and coordinator of the Observatory of Children's Culture (OBECI), an innovation community that works to transform schools in this segment throughout Rio Grande do Sul. A pedagogue with a PhD in Education (USP), a member of the Associação Criança (Braga, Portugal), a collaborating researcher in the Postgraduate Program in Education, a university professor, and coordinator of the Specialization Course in Early Childhood Education (Unisinos), he demonstrates an interest in studying subjects beyond his own experiences, loving the discovery of new things.
